1) I will share the cooking class with other?
The cooking classes are private or shared experience, depending on the type of experience you have booked.

2) How can I purchase your services?
You are free to book through cookingmamasorrento.com directly on line or contact us by mail. For those users who wish to have a personal contact with us, please do not hesitate to call us. Our call center is available from 09:00 am to 01:00 pm and from 04:00 pm to 08:00 pm, 7 days a week.

3) How can I be sure my online reservation is confirmed?
Once you have completed your booking online, a confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to the e-mail box you provided during the reservation process. After this, a payment link will be sent according to your reservation. The e-mail includes a printable attachment “e-Voucher” with all the details of the services purchased, it ensures the proof of purchase and contains all the information you need for the reserved activity

4) Is the experience suitable for children?
 Yes, children can participate and have fun with their parents.

5) Where does the lesson take place?
 We will meet you at our family garden for visit and free refreshment. The location of our cooking school is located down to the main beach of Piano di Sorrento.

6)How far is the cooking lesson venue from the garden?
 The venue is far about 10 min by walk. You can decide to reach it walking down or taking the elevator till the beach. For special needs we can arrange a car transfer.

7) Do you have transfer services included?
 No, transfers are not included in our service. Is case of necessary is possible to book a private taxi by contacting us via email, extra of charge, at least 48 hrs before the service.

8) What equipment is provided?
For the course of the lesson we will provide apron and the necessary kitchen utensils.

9) Are the activity suitable for gluten free?
Prior notice once you book we can organize a gluten free lesson – only for a private class.

10) What are you cancellation policy?
If you can no longer attend the lesson, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days before the experience.

Best experience in Sorrento 💯 recommend this cooking class. Salvatore and Andrea were amazing hosts and we had the best day in Sorrento with them as well as the best food I have had in Italy. A must do experience.

Cooking Italian Salvatore and Andrea looked after us extremely well. Firstly they welcomed us by showing their beautiful family garden at their home . From there we went down to the waterfront to cooking mamma. Had the best experience learning to cook pasta, tiramisu. Also knowledge of the limoncello and tomato sauce process. They are extremely knowledgeable of Italian cuisine. The experience was truly amazing Highly recommend them to anyone who wants the full Italian cooking and culture experience.

Intimate, delicious, and amazing cooking class off the beaten path My mother and I had an absolutely lovely cooking class today with a new cooking company, Cooking Mama. They are based in the little town of Piano di Sorrento, which was a 15 minute ride by train or taxi from Sorrento. You start with a tour of their garden, then walk a few minutes to their private kitchen right on the water. It is out of the way of tourists, and this young couple absolutely loves what they do. They were so hospitable, we had so much fun cooking, eating, drinking, and getting to know Andrea and Salvatore!! Highly recommend booking with them for an intimate and personal experience.

A wonderful cooking experience! Salvatore and his mother provided us with a unique and wonderful cooking experience in their professional kitchen. Before we began cooking we took a tour of their fabulous garden with all of the fresh ingredients we would be using to cook. We learned some great cooking techniques and then got to enjoy a tasty lunch of all that we made. I would highly recommend this wonderful experience!

OMG. Yes, chef! Salvatore and his family are fantastic. Our adventure started with a tour of their family garden plot (including a 70+ year old lemon tree), then a 10min walk down to the marina to the Cooking Mama kitchen. We made tiramisu, gnocchi, and enjoyed the best eggplant parmigiana I’ve ever eaten. Topped it off with some homemade limoncello. We could not have asked for anything else. If you’re looking for a genuine experience here in the Sorrento area, get yourself a reservation today…you won’t regret it!! Grazie, Salvatore!

A wonderful and authentic experience This was such a great experience. Salvatore was so kind and knowledgeable. It was so amazing to walk from the garden to the wharf where the cooking school is. This did not feel at all touristy but much more authentic. I highly recommend it.

Great experience! Made gnocchi and tirimisu with Salvador and Andrea. Both were great with our kids and made the night of cooking special. Will highly recommend and will be back next time we are in Sorrento.

Amazing experience. ! This was for sure the highlight of our trip to Italy. Andrea and Salvatore were amazing. We made Gnocchi, Tiramasi, eggplant and caperese roll. They are super fun, helpful and excellent teachers. The location in the water is amazingly beautiful. They also took us to their garden and made fresh squeezed orange juice. Don’t miss this experience! Highly recommend !

Good food, scenery, and company! An amazing family-run business, in a cute small town by the sea. The class was fun, and the food was amazing! Big thanks to Salvador and Andrea. We are looking forward to making these dishes for our friends back home!
