Description:

From our lemon three directly to your glass. Discover the secrets of the real limoncello recipe.. and be careful to don’t cut your hands!! In the mean time you are learning how to make the best limoncello.. our mama will take care of your lunch.

What to expect:

– Meet and greet at the private family garden with visit and refreshment (garden products are available according to season – garden visit is available only at 10am class).

– Move with us to the venue where the cooking class will take place. A panoramic walking seeing all the gulf of Naples will takes us to the beach where our kitchen is located. Here will start the real fun.

– Prepare your own hand made meal from scratch, choose yourself what to cook between handmade pasta, our famous eggplant parmigiana or our limoncello and learn all our secrets.

– Lunch or dinner will include starter, hand made first plate and hand made dessert or limoncello. Water, wine and drinks are included.

Garden visit is available only at 10am.

Cooking Italian Salvatore and Andrea looked after us extremely well. Firstly they welcomed us by showing their beautiful family garden at their home . From there we went down to the waterfront to cooking mamma. Had the best experience learning to cook pasta, tiramisu. Also knowledge of the limoncello and tomato sauce process. They are extremely knowledgeable of Italian cuisine. The experience was truly amazing Highly recommend them to anyone who wants the full Italian cooking and culture experience.

Intimate, delicious, and amazing cooking class off the beaten path My mother and I had an absolutely lovely cooking class today with a new cooking company, Cooking Mama. They are based in the little town of Piano di Sorrento, which was a 15 minute ride by train or taxi from Sorrento. You start with a tour of their garden, then walk a few minutes to their private kitchen right on the water. It is out of the way of tourists, and this young couple absolutely loves what they do. They were so hospitable, we had so much fun cooking, eating, drinking, and getting to know Andrea and Salvatore!! Highly recommend booking with them for an intimate and personal experience.

A wonderful cooking experience! Salvatore and his mother provided us with a unique and wonderful cooking experience in their professional kitchen. Before we began cooking we took a tour of their fabulous garden with all of the fresh ingredients we would be using to cook. We learned some great cooking techniques and then got to enjoy a tasty lunch of all that we made. I would highly recommend this wonderful experience!

OMG. Yes, chef! Salvatore and his family are fantastic. Our adventure started with a tour of their family garden plot (including a 70+ year old lemon tree), then a 10min walk down to the marina to the Cooking Mama kitchen. We made tiramisu, gnocchi, and enjoyed the best eggplant parmigiana I’ve ever eaten. Topped it off with some homemade limoncello. We could not have asked for anything else. A wonderful and authentic experience This was such a great experience. Salvatore was so kind and knowledgeable. It was so amazing to walk from the garden to the wharf where the cooking school is. This did not feel at all touristy but much more authentic. I highly recommend it.

Amazing experience. ! This was for sure the highlight of our trip to Italy. Andrea and Salvatore were amazing. We made Gnocchi, Tiramasi, eggplant and caperese roll. They are super fun, helpful and excellent teachers. The location in the water is amazingly beautiful. They also took us to their garden and made fresh squeezed orange juice. Don’t miss this experience! Highly recommend !
